Learn to make the flaky, all butter, whole grain pie crust of your dreams! Rachel will lead you in techniques for creating a rough-puff pastry dough to create single or double crust pies for the holiday season. During the class, we will each bake an apple pie from start to finish; everyone will leave with a handout with recipes, techniques, and formulas as well as their baked creation to enjoy!
