Join us on October 2 from 6-9pm for an evening of bread and camaraderie as Rachel demystifies the practice of sourdough baking! Learn the basics of making your own loaves of sourdough bread; topics to include maintaining a starter, choosing the right flour, mixing, proofing, and shaping dough, and best practices for baking bread in a home oven. We will end the evening with light snacks and beverages; everyone will leave with starter, a loaf of bread, and the knowledge needed to continue the practice at home! Ages 18+
