Joe us on Tuesday February 10 from 6-9pm to learn to make a decadent mid-winter treat! Over the course of this evening, Rachel will walk you through making all-butter pie dough, blind baking a pie shell, filling the finished product with chocolate pastry cream, then decorating with seasonal fruit. A fun, easy, and hand-on class for bakers of all levels. You will leave the class with recipes, techniques, a gorgeous hand-made pie, new friends, and the knowledge and confidence to recreate pies at home. Snacks, beverages, beer, and wine included. Ages 18+
