Spend an evening learning how to make sourdough bagels! Join us on Wednesday, January 15 from 6-9pm as we cover every step of the process, from learning about how to maintain a sourdough starter, to mixing then dough, to shaping, boiling, and finally baking the bagels. Discussion will also include tips on adding whole grains to your dough, ways to flavor and top your bagels, and ingredient sourcing information. We will end the evening with snacks and beverages (wine and beer included) and everyone will leave with recipes, sourdough starter, half a dozen fresh bagels, new friends, and the knowledge needed to make bagels at home!

*this class is for ages 18 and up. Classes are nonrefundable but are transferable. If you are not able to attend, please reach out so I can arrange for you to take another class at a different date or so you can transfer the ticket to a friend. Thank you!
